Curt Nieset
Curt has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including project management and a role as Director of Construction. He's directly managed 100+ projects and overseen 1000+ projects of contract work. A graduate of Ohio State University and involved in many local/national organizations, he is always looking to help others and make new connections. In his spare time, Curt enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons in the great outdoors. You can find them skiing, camping, hiking or biking when they are not at one of their kids many activities throughout the Midwest.

Andy Fovargue
Andy has 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including project management and a role as Construction Manager. He's managed 140+ projects of contract work. Andy is a graduate of Ohio State University and has completed several construction related executive classes. He is motivated by creating long-lasting relationships and being a valuable partner. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. You can find them skiing, hiking and exploring in Montana or traveling throughout the world.

Brandon Pitrone
Brandon has 14 years of experience in the construction industry, including estimating, project management and a role as Director of Construction Services. He has managed or overseen 125+ projects of contract work. A graduate of Ohio State University, majoring in Construction Management and City and Regional Planning, and completing numerous leadership and continuing education courses throughout his career. In addition to his construction background, Brandon has held his real estate license for over 10 years. He is inspired and driven through developing enduring partnerships within the construction and real estate industries. He enjoys being involved with each project or transaction from the early planning stages through closeout and is determined to maintain successful relationships. Brandon spends his free time with his wife and two daughters. They enjoy taking care of their farm and extended family of cows, goats and chickens. When not working on their farm, they can be found hiking the parks near them and traveling to other National Parks throughout the Midwest and Canada.
